Numonis protects your business financial information and separates data by organization. From the client side, the most important actions are keeping your user account protected and reviewing who has access to the organization.

What you can review

1. Open Settings from your profile.
2. In Profile, check that your email and phone are correct.
3. In Organization, confirm that the business details are as expected.
4. In Team, review which people have access to the organization.
5. In Notifications, keep important alerts active.

Best practices

• Do not share your password.
• Use a different password from other services.
• Remove team members who no longer work with the business or change their role.
• Do not upload personal documents that are unrelated to the business activity.
• If you suspect someone has accessed without permission, open a message with Numonis.
